Anti-static Raised Access Flooring
 

Our Hollow Steel computer flooring panels are made of galvanized steel for exceptional core strength, and provide superior tile stability, rigidity and durability. These steel raised floors have an impressive load capacity with a load capacity of 5000N. They also provide all the under-floor space you need. We can install your steel computer floor in your preferred dimensions so you can fit all your electrical lines, ducting systems and data cables underneath and keep them hidden from view.

It consists of decorative panel, calcium sulphate, bottom plate(galvanized sheet or aluminium foil), edge banding,etc. The decorative panel is HPL or PVC.

Application

Cautions for the operations

1. Anti-static raised floor is prohibited to be flushed with water. Instead, it shall be cleaned by dried mop so as to prevent the de-skinning of surface layer and rusting of underneath metal parts.

2. Do not crush or impace with hard or sharp object, otherwise the face layer or coating might be scratched.


3. The raised floor shall be installed or opened by the operator with mask on, and handled gently with the special raised floor lifter. Don't move the raised floor along with the raised floor lifter, otherwise the raised floor might be detached from the lifer, leading to personal injury.

4. Do not move any object directly on the raised floor to prevent surface scratch.


5. In case of higher load for long term, when the weight of the machine at one corner foot is larger than1/3 of the maximum load by the raised floor, necessary auxiliary support shall be added to corresponding part to avoid raised floor deformation.

6.The raised floor can't be reformed without permit. Gas pipe and water pipes are not allowed under the raised floor.

7. Don't expose to direct sunshine to prevent color aging anti-corrosive layer or decorative layer.
